Cruzin'

As we anticipate the arrival of our baby, we feel the need to stay close to home. However, we also want to make the most of the summer sun and our last moments as a family of 3. Marty came up with a brilliant idea. He rented a convertible Mini Cooper for the evening and we cruised around Seattle.

We started in down town, cruised past the Space Needle, Lake Union, and over to Freemont. We drove past the famous Seattle troll, Gas Works Park, Greenlake, and through many of the North Seattle neighborhoods.

What a great idea! Marty is sooo smart. I can't wait to hear more about baby Dillard in the near future. Good luck!!!

Sooo fun! What a great idea! Has Jack been in a convertible before? I think Haylie would find that rather funny. Cute pics!

That is a great idea! Funny, too, because Kirk totally wants a Mini Cooper... maybe I'll suggest this as a compromise!
